Sony PS5 Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter is Sea 2 Sky Electrical Pty Ltd (ABN 79 644 959 099) of 6A Percy Harris St, Jindabyne, New South Wales, 2627, Australia.  
2. Entry to the competition is open to residents of Snowy Monaro Regional Council Local Government Area in New South Wales aged 18 years and over, except employees of the Promoter and their immediate families.
3. The competition begins on Tuesday 12 December 2023 and ends at 11:59pm on Friday 15 December 2023 (“Competition Period”). Any entry received after the Competition Period will not be accepted.  
4. To enter, participants must undertake the following Entry Requirements during the Competition Period:
   1. Follow Snowy Mountains Lighting and Sea 2 Sky Electrical on Instagram or Follow Snowy Mountains Lighting and Sea 2 Sky Electrical on Facebook, and;
   2. Like the original Facebook or Instagram post from either Snowy Mountains Lighting or Sea 2 Sky Electrical where you comment & tag your friend, and;
   3. To enter the draw for the Snowy Mountains Lighting $250 gift voucher, tag one friend in the comments section of the giveaway post on the same page as they Like, or;
   4. To enter the draw for the Sony PS5, be tagged by a friend in the comments section of the giveaway post.
5. For a bonus entry into the competition, after completing the required steps in item 4 above, share the post on your Facebook or Instagram Story
6. Only one entry per comment is permitted per person. Duplicate or ineligible entries will be deemed invalid. Participants may enter unlimited times if they either comment and tag a friend or are tagged by a friend in line with these terms and conditions.
7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications.  
8. The prizes are:
   1. One gift voucher valued at $250 from Snowy Mountains Lighting. The prize value is accurate as at the commencement date of the competition.  
   2. One Sony Playstation PS5, model CFI-1202A
9. The prize winner will be drawn at random on Monday 18 December at 6A Percy Harris Street Jindabyne, NSW 2627. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.  
10. The prize winner will be notified by Direct Message through either Facebook or Instagram within 2 business days of the draw. Details on prize redemption will be provided at time of notification.  
11. If the prize winner is unable to be contacted within 3 days of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw another winner on Friday 22 December at 6A Percy Harris Street Jindabyne, NSW 2627.
12. The prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.  
13. By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.  
14. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavors to avoid consumer disappointment.
15. The personal information provided by participants will be collected and used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this competition. By entering this competition, participants consent to their personal information being used for this purpose in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the promoter’s Privacy Policy.

17. Any dispute or claim concerning the conduct of this competition shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of New South Wales.
